Although the temperature was a little chilly, the heat was definitely onboard the Victory this week.  We all gathered on Long Wharf for breakfast at the Greek Olive Restaurant.  Our limo van picked us up at 10:30, and we were on our way to the New York piers, drinking Mimosa's along the way.  No airport hassels!  Boarding was simple and quick, and by 4PM, we were on our way to the beautiful northern seas. 

After a fun day at sea, our first stop was St. John, New Brunswick.  Beautiful country, lots of shopping and lunch at the world famous STEAMERS.  The next day took us to Halifax, Nova Scotia for a bit of history as well as beauty.  The shore excursions included a trip to a brewery where we learned how to make a hearty beer.  After another fun day at sea, we returned to New York, where our limo picked us up and brought us back to New Haven.

Our next adventure will take us to the islands of San Juan, St. Thomas and Tortola (not to be confused with Tortuga, although I'm sure we'll run into some Pirates while we're swimming with the Dolphins).
